A school programme at this scale fails on logistics before it fails on content. Registrations arrive by phone and form, visits must be scheduled across four partners, and students who get excited on the day have nowhere to go next. The programme also needed to look credible to principals at first glance.
We designed the platform around its three audiences. Schools get a dark, editorial programme site with per-course and per-partner pages and a registration form that books all three days at once. Students get an LMS where Web Development and Hardware open with a free first day and unlock the rest on payment, with exams, progress, attendance, live sessions, support tickets and certificates that anyone can verify at a public link. The operations team gets an admin with Super Admin, Admin, Finance and Editor roles covering the whole programme, plus Facebook, Instagram and YouTube posts synced on a schedule with a LIVE NOW banner.

Programme
Day 1 ICT, Day 2 Web Development led by CrysoLabs' founder, Day 3 Computer Hardware & CCTV, plus bonus Graphic Design content for students. The site had to make that sequence obvious to a principal in seconds.
Learning
Students who want more can enrol in paid courses. The first day stays free, payment slips unlock the rest, and completion earns a certificate with a public verification link.
Operations
Role-gated staff accounts manage courses, curriculum, partners, schools, visits, students and registrations, with CSV bulk import, finance tracking and a Cloudflare R2 media library.
ICT, Web Development and Hardware & CCTV, each led by a partner who teaches it professionally.
Web Development modules from HTML and CSS through Next.js, TypeScript and AI-assisted development.
Public site, student LMS and operations admin on one codebase and one database.
The 1000X Project now runs from one system instead of spreadsheets and chat groups: every registration, visit, enrolment and payment lands in the same database, and every certificate can be checked by a school or employer. The same codebase will carry the programme as it moves from its first schools toward a thousand.
