Small by design. Extended when it matters.

CrysoLabs is intentionally run as a small senior studio. The team above is the core group you will be working with on any engagement. For larger or specialised scopes (for example DevOps, data engineering, or mobile), we extend with a trusted freelance network under NDA — always coordinated by the same core team, so quality and communication stay consistent.

If you are hiring a studio because you want senior attention and not a reseller, this is the structure you want.
